The finishing song, “Dad”, honors the memory of Marvin Jarrell Tolley (08/01/23 - 04/07/09). The song was written in the week before his passing. The CD is dedicated to his memory.

The conversation heard underneath the song is excerpts from recordings made by my nephew, David Alvarado, who recorded my dad, brother, and a handful of the kids sitting at the table on Palm Sunday just two days before my father passed away.
